In this document, "499bct", "platform", "we" or "us" refers to the organisation providing the 499bct online casino and sports betting service. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform or wishing to register.

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be immediately closed.

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: the total of deposit plus bonus must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
• No other bonus may be claimed while a bonus is active.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus fraudulently, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• 499bct reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The 499bct VIP program has five tiers, determined by the member's activity and loyalty.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's regular activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is credited to the account each week and is withdrawable subject to specific conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499bct platform. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited:

• Bonus abuse or obtaining benefits through fraudulent means.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person.

• Account closure at the member's own request.

If withdrawable funds remain at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, arrangements will be made to return those funds.
